Horrible. The DIYer can't use your app. The point of an auto parts store is mainly for the DIY type of person. I realize I can go online and look things up. An app usually allows so much more. O'Reilly you failed your main customers. I'm sure there will be a reply trying to make things all better by the company.

Download the app Go to use the app find out it wants you to sign up email password etc. sounds like BS to me, and apparently you have to be a PRO TO USE THE O'REILLY'S APP SOUNDS LIKE BS TO ME. DOWNLOADED THE AUTOZONE APP DON'T HAVE TO BE A PRO DON'T HAVE TO SIGN UP THEY GIVE YOU THE OPTION TO IF YOU WANT TO Work PERFECT GOT MY PARTS FOR AUTOZONE not that I wanted to as I usually only use parts from O'Reilly's but when you push to use something different you do what you got to do 12/8/25
