Add-free, open-source, light document viewer. Nothing fancy, but works.

I recently installed LibreOffice Viewer and it works good. I use LibreOffice and not Microsoft Office on my Windows computers. I donate to support LibreOffice. I tested LibreOffice Viewer with files from my PC including .docx and .odt (Word) with and without tables and charts and .xlsx and .ods (Excel) with and without charts. All tests were good. A big Excel file with over 2,500 records rendered slowly. Parts in the menu are for tabs. I encourage others to donate to support LibreOffice too.

I had to convert a MarkDown file to a human-readable format. I used PanDoc to convert it to DocX. The LibreOffice Viewer opened it right up without any complaints, and the converted document looks beautiful! Many thanks to The Document Foundation!

Android needs LibreOffice. I stand with you guys. This is the no-nonsense office app. I request improving the app to make experimental tagged editing functions mainstream.

There is a whole use case that seems out of reach for this app. This app does what it says. It views documents created on the desktop version that are then opened from a drive into this Android version. I want to be on my phone when I am on my phone without driving all the way to my desk to start a document that I then finish when I get back to working on my phone, in the field. I look forward to joining the Beta program when the developer starts working on the concept I need developed.

Installed on Galaxy, located folders and files. Then tried to open just one and it failed. No error, no lock up, no message of anytime. I am a big fan of Open Office but as their replacement it is very disappointing.

Haven't been able to open anything with this in over a year, including documents made with LibreOffice for the desktop. It's just not useful anymore since it fails to open almost everything, including simple csv files. loadComponentFromUrl returned an empty reference error opening a local csv file.
