I used manual Bullet Journals several years ago and have ADHD and this app is absolutely perfect! Other To Do apps don't carry forward the tasks you didn't complete, and they get lost. The Collections are amazing. I haven't found this functionality in any other app. I hope they make it for Apple devices soon or at least a web interface because I'd like it on all my devices and for my family to use.

This app is perfect. Now that the AI function can be turned off it literally has everything I need for a simple yet effective bullet journal. I have tried so many, even ridiculously expensive ones, this is the best.

IMPORTANT WARNING ABOUT THIS APP! I used this app for 7 years, paid to upgrade & am on the beta version. In May '26 my data got deleted by a setting, the developer can't explain which or why. Looked for the backup of the day before, to find it hadn't been backing up to g drive since May '25, even though it was set to daily backups. The developer can't retrieve my data & explain why it stopped backing up & deleted my data. I've also just found out you can only view 5 years' worth of data!

Not easy to use. Has some potentially helpful concepts, but I can't even get there because the basic task entry calendar (initial experience with app)won't let me arrange order, block out time to start/finish by, or check off anything once completed. I did see a nice feature to put sub-tasks to tasks to break them down, and that was warrantable, but they are blocks side by side, then down, so arranging makes no sense. Sorry. Uninstalled.
