So far so good! The app is easy to navigate and doesn't have as many issues as banco popular has on their app. Plus I really enjoy oriental so far, they're super friendly! ^^

App isn't compatible with my phone, is a shame 'cause I recently opened a new account with the institution. I guess I'll have to close my recently opened account as well, for this incontinence. Unbelievable! Very disappointed.

Yes, horrible! I haven't been able to log in for months. I go to the branch because I need my statement, and they tell me to use my app because otherwise I have to pay $10 to request information from the bank, oh, for every single document! They updated my bank information, etc., but I'm still having the same problem: I can't access my account. It's the worst banking app I've ever used. They should fire whoever hired the app developer. And to the person who made the app.

It requires now a second validation to enter the account, text or call, NONE IS WORKING. Without the code you can't access, this is a disaster! Why can't we use our digital print like in other banks?! 😡
