The app is terrible. I go in once and when I try again, nothing. It continues saying Failed try again.

Lousy app. 3x within the year it has locked us out and says we need to register the account again. No option for shared account holders to have their own login information. No biometrics signin option

Semi functional app. It works well for seeing transactions and logging in
but the photo deposit system is broken and will not read checks
accordingly, even if instructions are followed (all corners, good
lightning). Oriental support is unable to resolve issues with the deposited
checks, so I've tried the same check 15 times with no success if you can
somehow get after the "take a picture" area of the app. For what I need
it's broken.

App not working. Error: "The data network is busy or unavailable." - It has been like this for more than 2 weeks! Unacceptable! Also, the app lacks of features. Mediocre!
