I am using this app about more than 5 months and I think this app is not completed not good if we compare with other banks so, you're banked should update the app, and it must include what other banks have I don't write these comment not because to be offensive but I want this bank to be more than any banks Which have in our country

I wish there is zero rating l, the worst bank I have ever seen. Even the stuff don't care if you're customer or not they don't respect you and very rude. The worst part is when I want to withdraw my money the hesitates to give, so why would I ever use this bank. About the application uugghh I have no words to express it the worst application I have ever seen. I recommend not use this bank and application they don't want to serve the people

This is the worst mobile banking app I have ever used. It is not user-friendly at all, and the connection is extremely weak. Most of the time the app fails to load or complete transactions, which makes it very frustrating and unreliable. It doesn’t meet basic expectations for a banking app and honestly doesn’t even deserve one star.
Each subscription will automatically renew 3 days before the expiration date for
the same time period. Subscriptions can be cancelled at any time before the renewal.
