Do you want to actively help shape your aftercare? Are you looking for exercises to help you get better? Do you want to train independently at home and on the go? Do you want to know what progress you've already made? Do you want to benefit from the knowledge and experience of professionals in medicine and top-class sports?
Orthelligent Home supports your training after orthopedic and/or trauma surgery diseases. The Orthelligent Home app guides you through the various movement exercises and tests. The associated sensor records movement parameters, the app analyzes them, evaluates them and then gives direct feedback. These analyzes and evaluations provide conclusions about the individual healing process. For evaluation, the measurement results of the injured side are compared with the opposite side - this value is shown in the app as a FIT index and can show the course of therapy more clearly and objectively with further information in the course analysis. Internationally, the Limb Symmetry Index (LSI) is used here. The FIT index or LSI can also be further analyzed in subcategories, which are then displayed in different colors per category. The integrated training program provides support in the home environment.

The app is nice with different exercises for home use. But both the programming and some exercises are driving me crazy - entering Passwort every time and needing the enter button on the keyboard before the login button becomes available - if you leave the app mid-exercise set it will forget you already did 2/3 and reset to 0/3 - if I change the weekdays to do exercises, it forgets I did my round today already - asks you to do fit-index on floor + black roll/box which not everyone can/has
