Orto mio ha progettato e sviluppato questa applicazione dedicata ai propri rivenditori con lo scopo di semplificare l’inoltro degli ordini. Uno strumento estremamente utile, semplice da utilizzare e molto intuitivo per la selezione dei prodotti desiderati, la creazione del proprio carrello e l’invio dell’ordine direttamente ad Orto mio, il tutto, comodamente dal proprio dispositivo mobile, sia esso smartphone o tablet.

PERCHE SCARICARLA?
Grazie alle funzionalità di questa nuova APP, i rivenditori Orto mio, faciliteranno e velocizzeranno la creazione e l’inoltro degli ordini per il proprio punto vendita, grazie alla digitalizzazione di procedure che renderanno le informazioni ed i prodotti disponibili evitando errori di compilazione ed inoltri cartacei oppure in excel.

ACCESSO e DASHBOARD
Accedendo all’APP Rivenditori Orto Mio con le proprie credenziali generate e fornite da Orto Mio stessa per ogni singolo rivenditore, si entra nella propria dashboard cliente la quale già al primo impatto fornisce una serie di informazioni utili e personalizzate.

Consegne, storico ordini e una sezione che mostra immediatamente tutte le comunicazioni personali da parte di Orto mio e le notifiche presenti per eventuali aggiornamenti su ordini o spedizioni inoltrate.

ORDINI E DISPONIBILITA’
Il catalogo prodotti e le relative disponibilità saranno sempre aggiornate in tempo reale e soprattutto a portata di click per un inserimento rapido di ordini in totale autonomia.
Nella sezione dedicata alla storico ordini saranno sempre visibili e accessibili gli ordini inseriti per verificarne lo stato attuale di evasione.
Già in fase d’ordine, ogni rivenditore avrà già una indicazione della data indicativa di spedizione del proprio ordine al fine di permettergli la migliore organizzazione e pianificazione delle proprie attività.

NOTIFICHE IN TEMPO REALE
Attraverso un preciso e tempestivo sistema di notifiche ogni rivenditore sarà sempre informato su cambi di stato dei propri ordini, su novità specifiche per lui, della propria zona di consegna o generali riferite a tutti i rivenditori Orto mio al fine di essere costantemente informato in tempo reale su eventuali novità.
