I tried to purchase a bus ticket with your app. However, the app claimed that there's been an error, so I tried for a second time. Didn't get a bus ticket this time either. As a result, I missed my bus and later on as I checked my bank account's balance, I noticed that you had charged me twice for the price of a bus ticket, so thanks for stealing my money, I guess.

Far worst compared to HSL in Helsinki. They charge the same price in summer, but the bus reduced noticeably. You can cut down the bus amounts in summer, but let's charge less from customers too to be fair.
