Really good app. Makes my life so much easier when my car is in for repair and I have to rely on public transport.

The app is pretty good, though I'd appreciate more information on how was the fare calculated (rather than just "this is the price"). A downside is that in some locations not all fares are included - particularly, week tickets seems to not be offered anywhere, which can lead to quite an overcharge when visiting a city for a few days. Also, the recommendation scheme doesn't work - my friend got "this code is not valid in your region" error even though he sat across the table from me 🤷🏻♂️

I got a message from Heretic telling me that I need to re-install my payment method. However, when I try to remove my PayPal payment method from the Heretic app, I get an error: "Something went wrong"

The app is very dubious when it comes to pricing. It has a price on a fixed route, but the same route has different price on the return journey. I have a very bad experience with the app and the customer service is very complete waste of time. They charge for the journey and do not even respond to the complaints but keep charging my card for all the wrong price. Very disappointed in the app.

Heretic is very bad. First it costs 100% more than the monthly pass for 4 zones in my area. Let me explain I pay with heretic return trip in 4 zones, daily, 10.40chf. So its 104chf per 10 days and 312chf for 30 days. The monthly pass is only 156chf for 4 zones illimited. They have terribly bad support and blame the customer for any technical issue with their app. I got a fine because they claimed I activated 3 seconds too late (seriously) although there were clear issues with Heretic app.

Not at all a way to save money on tickets. Just plan the journey and buy the appropriate ticket via coins or sms. Counting the days it saved me money, I am at a net loss of at least 15 CHF in juste two months of rare USE. Sorry, hard delete.
