Comments on TNW Tickets for Android

★★★★★ Nadia M. · Jul 20, 2023

Does the job well. One feature that I would suggest to implement ist the search of a stop on a map, sometimes I know where I want to go, but I don't always know the name of the stop

★★★★★ Yael White · Mar 10, 2025

Incredibly easy to use. Especially worthwhile because some ticket machines only take coins.

★★★★☆ Tobi Tiggers · Sep 5, 2026

Works as expected, can even buy multiple tickets or activate them if guests come for a visit. Easy to use. The handling of different multi passes could be improved. I have some with Halifax and regular fare ones. It would be nice if there is a different background color or similar to distinguish them from halb tax ones. All in all good app. Love it

★☆☆☆☆ Costanzo Di Maria · Aug 29, 2022

Multi-journey tickets used to be redeemable for 3 years, but the latest ones I have bought are redeemable only within the next 12 months. This is not convenient anymore.

★☆☆☆☆ Ziggy Zig · Oct 13, 2023

Awful computer says no app. Tried to buy tickets after realizing street machines only take cash. The app can't find my local stop, can't select it manually, can't find connections without downloading another app and when this is downloaded, still says no connections. Nothing makes sense

★☆☆☆☆ Tsuri S. · May 11, 2025

Changed phone all multi trip cards are gone with no way to restore them. I did not change my phone number!

★☆☆☆☆ Christian Pullen · Nov 6, 2023

Ticket activate on purchases, cant pre-purchase tickets and activate them later
