Awful computer says no app. Tried to buy tickets after realizing street machines only take cash. The app can't find my local stop, can't select it manually, can't find connections without downloading another app and when this is downloaded, still says no connections. Nothing makes sense

Multi-journey tickets used to be redeemable for 3 years, but the latest ones I have bought are redeemable only within the next 12 months. This is not convenient anymore.
