Doorbell rings, we go to the door, open the door, close the door, we go back to our business. The app waits till this time, and after 5 minutes it decides to ring, and shows no one on the screen.

Video Door Bell app lacks very basic settings or preferences features. App consistently does not ring on all phones / tablets. Can NOT Mute!! Which is a huge negative point. If a household has say app installed on 3 devices, it becomes huge pain for the app to simply stay muted on few devices. Even most basic features like being able to control the ringtone and shutting off the ring after X seconds does not work consistently. In between the app itself was gone from play store!!
