This is an excellent app. Its has very supportive and has well-designed exercises that are proven to assist people habituate to tinnitus. I can testify that the Oto app has been a very powerful and effective tool in my personal journey towards habituation

I have used this app for a year. It has been a wonderful tool, guide and comfort. I also attend the live events and gave benefitted greatly from this program. My tinnitus is something I now understand, accept and can live with. I could not have coped without Oto.

I used the free trial, then stopped to consider whether I wanted to pay for it, at £9.99 a month. When I reinstalled the app, it was £39.99 a month. A reduced rate therapist may work out cheaper here, and will be miles better than an app. I don't want people to have to work for free, but £39.99 a month for an app, is an attempt to cash-in on desperate people. The price stays pretty well hidden, until the last minute as well. It just doesn't sit well with me.

So Not Helpful. Maybe this is fine for people with low level Tinnitus but for severe to catastrophic, not so much. I'm sure the app makers will just say "oh he's just still in an angry state about his stage of Tinnitus," which is yes, I am, but I don't need to imagine my Tinnitus as well a ball and watch it bounce away. I don't need to imagine what color t-shirt I want to put on. I need real mechanisms to deal with this, and this is not it. The app is also super confusing to find lessons.

Auto charges you $120ish for 90d of what can otherwise be youtubed. The app is technically good, it's just not competitive *at all*.

Help. I signed up through my audiologist. After one week, the app crashed... won't start. THere is no app support, and my audiologist can't see me for another week. Tried reinstalling it, but my android samsung ultra galaxy s23 says to wait until Oto releases a bug fix?! What? It was working for a week just for an intro?! I'm upset that I laid down 500 for what. No call center to troubleshoot?! I feel scanned again.
