I have used this app for a year. It has been a wonderful tool, guide and comfort. I also attend the live events and gave benefitted greatly from this program. My tinnitus is something I now understand, accept and can live with. I could not have coped without Oto.

I used the free trial, then stopped to consider whether I wanted to pay for it, at £9.99 a month. When I reinstalled the app, it was £39.99 a month. A reduced rate therapist may work out cheaper here, and will be miles better than an app. I don't want people to have to work for free, but £39.99 a month for an app, is an attempt to cash-in on desperate people. The price stays pretty well hidden, until the last minute as well. It just doesn't sit well with me.

This app is a CON. I wish I could give negative stars. It REQUIRES you to search for a "hearing specialist" to 'guide' you, for which they CHARGE you. First off, 'hearing specialist's' refuse to help....because they know NOTHING about Tinnitus, so what in the world are they charging all of that money for?? This app is a lie and an insult. There is no help for tinnitus. Specialist's will tell you that. Call any "hearing" specialist and ask yourself. They will tell you this over the phone.
