Absolute must have! I thought there was no need for a factoring company because I was just a small business but after 3 weeks of nonstop runs, I had a hard time making sense of what invoices were paid and which ones I still needed to keep on the front line all while keeping the business going. Yes, there are tons of factoring companies out there, but I doubt any of them will give you the level of service that OTR will. These folks are incredible!

Loading the fuel card is impossible using an Android. Please fix the glitch for Android users because it works perfectly fine on Apple products.

I sent my invoices last week and didn't pay me it is very bad. I called them no answer at the same time they hung up the phone.

Stay away from this Predatory company. Like your life depends on it. If you have a factoring company, and that factoring company sells out to this vulture. Immediately without hesitation transition to a new factoring company. Don't run one invoice these people. They like to buyout another company, change the fee structure. And then when you leave they charge a $2,500 transition fee to do a buyout to the new factoring company. They are lower than a snakes belly. I had never signed terms.

Had problems after problems. App is slow and laggy, it kept sending me to a Truck stop with only diesel in the back (directed by otr to go in the back by diesel trucks). Customer service was no help, if anything they waste your time and money. Find a different gas saving alternative. It might work well for only diesel but with the problems I've had wouldn't recommend.
