Like other, Lauren called me to try to help me get my app working correct. While she was unsuccessful being able to fix my main issue, she did let me know that it seems to be an issue on my company server, not vector. She was able to clear pending trips and trips I personally never completed, but as the main issue is company side, she wasn't able to remedy that. That being said, she went above and beyond in deep diving and working behind the scenes. Thanks, Lauren!

No way to keep the phone flash setting on, have to turn it on for EVERY PICTURE, have to turn off the document scanner outline FOR EVERY PICTURE, accidentally press "relay" app will AUTO set it to relay EVERY TIME and not let you go back to the regular "I have arrived" screen. The annoyance is ridiculous. And I use the damn app almost every single day.

A batch upload would be very helpful and much appreciated. My company deals with multiple bol pages, and it is aggravating beyond measure to have to upload each page individually off of a 10 to 15 page bol. Please get a batch mode.

Freezes on any mobile device and gets stuck in a loading loop. Becomes unresponsive every other time I use it, and I use it for over 50 drivers, so it becomes more and more frustrating as the day goes on.
