We don't want to see Flatbed rates. We should have a checkbox for van, reefer and Flatbed. I'm tired of booking Flatbed good paying loads by accident.

This is more of a broker widespread issue, but anyway. There is always a lot of responsibility for the Owner Operator, but there is no consideration whatsoever from Shippers and Receivers with our time. And brokers couldn't care less. They post absolutely terrible rates for a job that is going to take away all your day and leave you making peanuts an hour.

Recent update making the APP crash after a couple of seconds. Lots of good improvements from last review. Recent update removed fuel finder. Why? Unable to save searches. Save search filter not working like it should. Newest update made a mess of this APP. Fix ability to save searches, filters etc. Currently, giving irrelevant or wrong searches. Fix equipment filter on Carrier APP. Not working after last update.

The app is programmed to reject any decent offers, they expect you to move their loads for peanuts.

Lots of apps are way better. They don't show the addresses, and they don't show the correct miles. I guess they just run city center to city center making the actual milage very inaccurate. Some loads show around 30 miles when reality is 50 to 60 that's unacceptable. They also expect you to do recovery loads by giving you a false appointment, and no tonu when you find out the appointment was for the day before and decide to call it off.

Well the app was getting better, but then they ruined it by removing the reload feature now you have to completely back out check every city that you are going to check on reloads before you book a load total waste of time I'm very time-consuming trying to find a Reload it has made things very difficult the book loads
