Good app, not intrusive like others, but it is a tracking app, so there...it has no GPS or truck stop locations that I know of, it does what it does.

I love that Transfix as it is very user-friendly and is obvious what step to take now. It tracks the 4 points of the load and then allows for loading up proof of delivery BOL after the last step. This is the best broker app I have ever used.

No communication when a load canceled. Then the women wanted me to wait til Sunday to get the load. Yeah okay what you smoking. Broker never called or sent an email saying it was canceled until after I showed up at the shipper and the women at the office of the broker was dumb founded and didn't know what to do. Terrible communication

App one of worst tracking apps I have been using. It is forcing you to use Bluetooth and Wi-Fi scanning with GPS enabled. There is no reason for more than GPS enabled. This type of setting is for developers option to collect more than just GPS, like collecting data on Bluetooth locations, collecting data on Wi-Fi locations. So fix your app to ask only for GPS....without scanning for Bluetooth and Wi-Fi. Then you definitely are not testing your app to confirm what I posted!

Worst App EVER! I had to download and install this for the shipper to track my load onto my Galaxy Ultra S21. When I arrived at the shipper, using the app, I indicated I had arrived. The app successfully updated my status on load. Not 45 minutes later, I am contacted by PHONE from Transfix, requesting an update on my arrival time to shipper. Then upon departure, using the app AGAIN, using app for departure and arrival at consignee, SAME ISSUES. WORST APPLICATION EVER!

They want you to deliver loads that weight 43 to 45k for around 2.00-3.50 a load sometimes but not counting wear and tear and fuel tax. Drivers tires constantly burst with these heavy loads and tires cost way more than what 1 load pays. With Niagara loads. They think 320- 430.00 is ok for a 140-mile run weighing 45k is crazy. When they probably getting 1300/1500 if not more for each load. We as drivers need to ask for way more Because we out here doing all the work with little pay.
