It's pretty good 👍, but it could use more user-friendly interfaces. Like with Macro point I can check back to see what time I got somewhere, incase I was in a long truckling and forgot to write it down. Plus if you check in a day early there's option for empty stand-by.

No longer works, ever since they changed the interface, it requires sign in. I'm a company driver I am not a carrier or factor company or broker, and I can't get tracking on loads or dispatched because of this update.

They need to track you even when the load is completed. 1 day later and they still are tracking me after I finished the load.

Too many Liars work for this company. I am writing to formally express my frustration regarding recent experiences with TQL. It has been my observation that loads are frequently cancelled after being booked once a lower-rate carrier is found, regardless of our strong performance history. Furthermore, there is no compensation provided for trucks that have already been booked and subsequently cancelled. Additionally, I have found the compliance team to be UNH

I get so many calls for a flatbed instead of a hotshot because the app says flatbed hotshot. It is incredibly irritating. Needs to be changed to just hotshot.
