The app is very easy to use and offers the ability to easily select which recycling center you wish to use. It offers email reminders for your appointment slot.

Great booking system. I used it to book my session for the Tip waste.
★★★★☆Nicole Bannard· Jan 5, 2026
Works well enough to link to websites and to book visits to the recycling center, but could be improved to have been schedule and reminders, etc. on there.
★★☆☆☆Giles Holder· Jan 24, 2025
Easy to use app but the app icon is terrible. Shows as white with a square version of the logo nothing like the icon on the listing.
★☆☆☆☆David Cross· May 3, 2026
Dreadful for booking waste disposal. Multiple errors. Blatantly not fit for purpose. Please test before release
★☆☆☆☆Richi Jennings· Feb 2, 2026
Seems pretty pointless. It's just the HCC website inside an app stub. Plus, the Terms it forces you to agree to are hilarious (for example: You can't link to it without approval, which is the sort of stupidity we had to deal with in the 1990s but don't expect these days).
