This app is a lifesaver for parents trying to manage their child's app usage and screen time. We have a child who must carry his phone with him at all times because it doubles as a medical device. Our pact lets us keep the important apps available all the time while selectively setting time limits for educational and entertainment apps. The one-time connection to a computer is a bit of a pain, but well worth it to be able to fully monitor and control what your child has access to.

I don't know why this app has so many bad reviews. I saw many saying they worked in IT and couldn't figure out the setup. Please find a new job. I had zero issues with the setup process. I paid for the plus version so the kids could use the app manager to organize their apps, so they wouldn't be jumbled Every time the apps were removed when time was up. The only suggestion I have is to be able to give time to a certain app instead of all the ones that aren't blocked.

I have been using this app since 2022, and it has worked perfectly according to my needs until it's not. My child was able to open all the apps despite the app lock and the technical support didn't help much and didn't provide active troubleshooting, and instead kept on assuming that the app was not working in the background despite all the screenshots I sent that it's literally turned on. I thought I would have peace of mind as I work away from home a lot, but now I doubt that this app may help.

This seems to be the only place I get a response to my inquiries about canceling my subscription. No. I have not received ANY emails from Our Pact Support other than from my first email. I have only received one response total. I have checked my spam folder, every folder I have in my email I have checked and no responses confirming the cancellation of my subscription has been made. Please cancel my subscription so that I do not get charged for August

Thanks for nothing. I needed my kid to Stay a certain time on an app, and you just puț allowance, this allowance lets the kid do whatever it wants and not use it properly, and I don't have time to check the phone, please rethink the app. 0/10
