Excellent app for organizing one's ideas, time, chores, EVERYTHING! Just came up with a new use: make a link library. It works because the designers set up the Notes section for active hyperlinks. One example: create a category on your main outline list for "Recipes" Give each subsist in Recipes a heading that's the name of the food. Click on "notes" and paste the recipe web link into the "notes" section.

Been using for years, pro user, great free support via email. 5 stars now as he added ability to create next item as "child" or "sibling" when saving items. Have detailed notes on multiple subjects in my pocket. Have syncs to Dropbox for a grocery list I shared w my wife (before she went to iphone). Can sync and edit outlines on PC w/ Treeline app.

I didn't expect to pay again separately for Pro on every device! Surely on the same Google account, I should still own the app that I paid for? I spent time trialing many apps and loved Outliner - until this nasty surprise. It effectively doubles the price; backup/sync was the main reason I chose to buy. What's the point, if I can't transfer my notes from the dying phone onto its replacement? (+ export fails unless the extension is typed in filename, even though already selected file type. 🙄)

At first, enamored. As time went on I realized its shortcomings. Not a serious, solid piece of work. Many problems. Not recommended.

Newest version 3.3.2 from October 10, 2020, archived all my outlines to my device. They are still there, but the app doesn't recognize them. I don't have the PRO version, so hope this was not done to force me to buy it. I will uninstall Outliner, since I don't want my data sequestered again in the future.
