The OutSec Connect App turns any smartphone or tablet into a digital recorder. It has been specifically designed to meet our clients’ needs. As a result, clients can simply dictate files in the office, from home or on the go.
By using our free dictation app on your smartphone or tablet is literally like having an office in your hands.
OutSec is the UK’s leading online transcription company. We offer an outsourced solution to employment, allowing you access to highly trained transcriptionists on a pay-as-you-go basis, charged on a (rounded up) per minute basis.

OutSec have access to professionally trained typists from the: medical; legal; property and surveying; financial; commercial; corporate; media and interviews; conferences and seminars, inventories, HR, recruitment and executive search transcription sectors. Transcriptions are undertaken by typists with a minimum of five years’ experience.

Transcriptions are returned to you via our secure FileManager platform, via your case management system or via our app.

① Dictate letters, memos, notes or record lectures, meetings or interviews via our app.

② Transcriptions are completed by sector specific typists at OutSec; not speech-to-text robots. You will be notified via email when the file is completed.

③ Your transcription can be downloaded via FileManager, accessed via your case management system or our app. You can share your completed recordings and documents wherever you want (including: Dropbox, Google Drive, iCloud Drive and more).
