Was pretty good at the start. Has gone down hill since order from the App was made mandatory. They are implementing 16 percent tax on their already overpriced food. The prices with tax are absurd, I used to order three to four times a month now I only order once a month and still think twice before ordering. They lost the profit for 2–3 orders from me because they got too greedy. They lost a customer.

They are charging 16% extra tax through app orders. When we place order through phone call, there is no tax. App is just a scam.

Highly disappointed. Ordered their Family Deal with 4 Zinger Burger and 4 chicken pieces and 2 person Zinger and Chicken pieces deals in which they delivered 3 wing pieces out of 6 chicken pieces. They don't value our hard earn money. 3500 rupees wasted
