Description
The Owlet Care App is the legacy version of the companion app for Owlet’s sock and camera. It allows you to connect to and stream your Owlet products from anywhere. You can also view the history of your child’s sleep patterns, oxygen level, and heart rate.
Note: If you have the medically-certified Dream Sock™, you will need the Owlet Dream app.
Compatible Products: - Smart Sock 3 - Smart Sock Plus - Owlet Cam - Owlet Cam 2 - Works with the Care app but will not receive new features unless paired with the Dream app.

I have a special needs child who aspirates in her sleep and is constantly sick. Owlet gives me peace of mind and lets me know when it's time for me to take her into the hospital. She's 14 months now and started using it around 15 weeks old. It does seem like a lot of money up front, but we use it every day, and it helps keep our child safe so a no-brainer!

The app constantly crashes and disconnects despite good Wi-Fi connection. Struggles to read vitals and very frequently doesn't connect t to camera. I think owlet are making a lot of money from a good idea without having the technology to actually back it up.

Our experience with Owlet has been poor with frequent false alarms for sock placement which require me to force stop the app after which the sock gets readings. Therefore, the alarms are not for actual sock placement issues. On top of that, app is buggy and provides poor user experience. Data doesn't come through live, graph has random gaps when sock was on and operating fine and similar. We even got a red alert when app couldn't connect to servers. Not a great experience after a month of usage.
