I'm one of the lucky few who got to enjoy high interest rate since around 2022. I was also skeptical but it paid off well. I agree, app is not as intuitive but if you're patient enough in reading help guides, you'll eventually learn. Pangit ng flow ng registration. Nasa mother name, employment and address na ako then I click next, Malik ako sa enter mobile number haha. Bulk. Tapos hindi naman ako ina-ask to create password during registration pero pag mag login need ng password! Ang pinaset is pin! Kaya nag reset password na lang. Mas smooth registration sa unbank and verified agad. Unbank also accepts philomath. UPDATE... They declined my sss ID. I don't see option to choose basic plus and submit philomath...

Waling quanta at waling sibling banking app. It takes forever sa ID verification at account upgrade. Pal aging failed ang results. No details or reason man lang what went wrong. Basta "Account Upgrade Failed" lang, and you can't get your money out. Wag kayo mag require na humingi ng mga Valid IDs if you won't approve it. You are just getting sensitive info from your clients. Sa mga gusting mag try ng app na to, save your precious time. It's a trap. Kaya pala mababa ang rating ng app na ito eh.

This app needs more improvement, it's a great bank on other reviews but in my experience, I'll say it needs improvement in verification because I experienced what other users experienced, the "Account Upgrade Failed" I mean to me, for THE 7th time that's on you, because I've double—tripled check my information before I submit it. It's a great app, great interest rate, the devs or someone who maintains this app need nyo I ayos yan, sure ako marami pang Gagarin ng Own Bank.
