★★★★★ I have found Excise to be a tremendous help in alleviating the symptoms of COPD and asthma. In addition, the diaphragmatic breathing helps to reduce the swelling and inflammation in my torso and legs caused by Lipoma, a rare, incurable disease that responds well to deep breathing, stretching and massage. I love Excise as the best way to start and finish every day.

★★☆☆☆ The app front page looks old-fashioned. The front page should say how excise helps you, not what people said years back. Hard to find videos. Suggest different sorting of videos, you have series, but I just need sorting by video time frame. Need more 10 and 15-min videos for active people, please. Its does work!

★★☆☆☆ It kills me to give this such a low rating because I'm a big fan of Excise, and it actually works when you stick to it, but I can't justify the high monthly fee when you can buy one of their DVDs for about the same. I already own most of them, and I recommend them to everyone, but this just doesn't work in the business model of a pay subscription streaming service. Not worth the money. Plus, there's really no special features or anything. Check out a DVD or the book Jill wrote. It has everything.
