Okay, let me reiterate. This app is super easy to use, but my recent stay at hotel o Castilla (super oyo) doesn't feel super, old tv, bathroom with cockroaches (every night at least one will appear, either in the bathroom or the room you are in), don't get me wrong, the staff are undoubtedly great, but the amenities provided needs to be checked, I don't feel like it's worth my money, maybe a little less, with the problems and all, but overall okay, I don't hate it too much, only a little.

Bahot bekaar aap haii refund naam ki koiii chiz nhi hai rooms bhi bear milte hai or staff bhi bear customer service bhi bear mat karna kabhi isse book room

Ye choron ka hotel hai kabhi book mat karo. Yahan unverified RL hain aur unverified bookings hoti hai. Customer care aapka Paisa kabhi nahi lotati. They are trained to fool you and maximize earning from you. Kabhi inki baaton ka Barsha mat karna even given in mail writing they will not abide by that.

Very pathetic I booked a room at Coimbatore and got an offer. When I reached to the hotel tean asked me for more payment and I connected to customer care not got any satisfied reaction they are favor to hotels
