I'm not sure if the other 10 reviews that gave a 1 star are just unhappy with the service or have outdated phones but, I just got Ozark Go today and installed the app. The app is fast, responsive, let me log right in, and no other issues whatsoever.

I have a My Ozark account but you won't create my Ozark Go account, and I've tried multiple times

Can't even sign into the app even with account number or anything. What's the point of an app when it doesn't work properly.

Slow to load, sometimes doesn't load at all. Doesn't allow for time limit controls on devices. Troubleshooting doesn't work if your Wi-Fi is down.

Very slow to connect to network. Not really worth the effort. Most of the time is shows an "unexpected error occurred" message. Not really good at all for managing your network. Coming to expect this from Ozarks Go. TV buffers way too much.
