I'm very disappointed with this aap. There care service are useless no help and no return policy or no payment return. Because I pay 899 Two times first upi and secand time cash because Kart delivery say payment are not successful on upi But upi payment are successful.

Oziva doesn't deserve One star. They make People fool, I Used this product for 5 Months. But Result is worse. And The customer care's response is so rackless they didn't answer Responsibly. After using 5 Months of this product they advised to visit dermatologist. If I had to go to a dermatologist then why would they recommend Oziva in the first case.

Had ordered Hair serum, few came with the serum in brownish color, and not with transparent/no color, I guess they missed adding the ingredients 😄 worst part, no means to contact them, no phone no. only chatbots, where our species issue is not listed, it's frustrating, stay way from this kind of products choose which has proper communication channels no channels meaning high risk of fraud/product no good enough
