After a year & a half of having my sleep buds, it's still going strong and keeps saving my sleep! The app is great, no ads, no frill, now forced Bluetooth or Wi-Fi all night long. The Ozlo team is reactive, helpful, they listen to feedback. I enjoy that you can stream content; it has a good sound quality, or you can just open the case and get your earbuds ready for the night to play white noise. Good amount of sound and alarm choice. Glad this company seems to respect its customers.

Fabulous product and worth every penny. I had the original Bose sleep buds and these are superior. Highly recommend if you need to block noise out or need masking sounds to sleep. I recently had an issue with one of my ear buds and the customer care team were quick to respond and resolved the issue quickly.

The latest update makes the sleep buds useless. I feel like there's a disconnect between the support team and the dev team. If you look on the ozlo Subreddit you'll see tons of people with the same experience. The buds work great until someone updates. The update kills the Bluetooth range to less than a foot. Normally I can walk to the other side of the room before they cut out. Whoever is in charge, for the love of all things sleepy please roll the app back to stop killing these

Sleepbuds are great, but syncing leaves a lot to be desired. The earbuds are far from cheap, but you can only connect while in the case, and if they disconnect during the night you have to mess around putting them back in the case and wait for them to connect. By then, you're wide awake again. The sleep tracking experience is similar, and it is so slow to upload the data. Shame they got the hardware right without considering the UX of the app.
