Shait just like the actual bank. Poor communication, customer care from hell and do not even try and ring them, u r put on hold for sooooo long.... terrible terrible terrible

It was so much better when the account balance showed up on the main screen after putting in the pin, Now you have to press a separate button for balances.

Horrible app. Try writing an email using their internal system via the app, and before you can complete it you get logged out from a timeout?? While typing?? This bank is no longer the helpful, friendly, member focused bank it once was. Has all the hassles of dealing with any of the big four now. They don't even have a complaints link or phone option. Tells you everything really. They don't want to know nor care.
