Horrible app. Try writing an email using their internal system via the app, and before you can complete it you get logged out from a timeout?? While typing?? This bank is no longer the helpful, friendly, member focused bank it once was. Has all the hassles of dealing with any of the big four now. They don't even have a complaints link or phone option. Tells you everything really. They don't want to know nor care. Update as of Jan 2026, this issue has NOT been resolved.

What happened to the quick balance widget? I liked being able to see my balance from my home screen. Please bring it back.

It was so much better when the account balance showed up on the main screen after putting in the pin, Now you have to press a separate button for balances.
