Transactions can be a little hard to understand, but for the most part the app is easy to use. I couldn't opt in to ezpass plus for some reason, but that will l give me time to find out more about it. Sounds like a good idea. I think they should have a Q&A section somewhere. I had questions about the pay by your license plate, and I couldn't get through on the phone. I'm sure they will make improvements as we go along.

EZ PASS so convenient to use.never have to worry about having change for the tolls anymore. The EZ PASS app is very easy and convenient. When I need information or if I like to add money 💰 on my pass. I have no problem.

My transponder stopped working, so I bought a new E-ZPass go pack. Even though I only had the option to mark it lost or stolen to close out the other one, I can't add the new E-ZPass because it says I don't have enough cars. I have two cars on the account, one active E-ZPass one marked lost or stolen E-ZPass, and one new E-ZPass go pack that I can't activate. -Update: I have reached out and haven't received a response yet.

Now im not able to log in with biometrics. Even when. I log in with my password I can not activate biometric? Not even a pin.

Never works. I can't even log in. I just wanted an easy way to pay the tolls and the app never ever works. And I can't log in on the website either.

I added money to my ez pass balance thinking my tolls would be paid according to the ez pass pricing I can't tell what is paid or not and there is no option for me to pay unpaid tolls (even before I replenished my account) payments/adjustments option under transactions shows 0 transactions found and page just continues to load. The ez pass bills don't come in the mail or show up on my account for weeks I have no idea what is paid, and what is not there is a late and collection fee for what toll?
