Transactions can be a little hard to understand, but for the most part the app is easy to use. I couldn't opt in to ezpass plus for some reason, but that will l give me time to find out more about it. Sounds like a good idea. I think they should have a Q&A section somewhere. I had questions about the pay by your license plate, and I couldn't get through on the phone. I'm sure they will make improvements as we go along.

EZ PASS so convenient to use.never have to worry about having change for the tolls anymore. The EZ PASS app is very easy and convenient. When I need information or if I like to add money 💰 on my pass. I have no problem.

Normally a great app but biometrics and pin are currently unelectable even after a reinstallation.

App is hot garbage. Won't save my email when I try to update it. Go in to settings to enable biometrics and pin log in, sliders slide straight back to off. oh it says enabled when I log in using credentials via username and password. They know there's a common issue for android users, but won't correct it. They'll tell to contact them, so they make you jump though hoops and waste your time. But God forbid they burn some toll funds and fix their app. Keep raising tolls!

As others have said, they keep saying my account is "not in good standing" and they are going to "report me to a collection agency"... The first time, I owed them nothing but my credit card was expired. Who threatens to send someone to collections because their credit card expired? Just the PA turnpike commission... And now, they send me the same notifications with my credit card updated, so you can't win here.

It says I owe money on my account, but there is no invoice for it, and it won't let me pay it. No matter what selection I make, it says auto-pay is turned off, but it won't let me delete my credit card because I'm enrolled in auto-pay (I'm not because it definitely doesn't auto-pay) and if I try to add a new credit card to change my payment method, it gives me an error telling me I have exceeded the maximum number of credit cards allowed.

My transponder stopped working, so I bought a new E-ZPass go pack. Even though I only had the option to mark it lost or stolen to close out the other one, I can't add the new E-ZPass because it says I don't have enough cars. I have two cars on the account, one active E-ZPass one marked lost or stolen E-ZPass, and one new E-ZPass go pack that I can't activate. -Update: I have reached out and haven't received a response yet.
