Transactions can be a little hard to understand, but for the most part the app is easy to use. I couldn't opt in to ezpass plus for some reason, but that will l give me time to find out more about it. Sounds like a good idea. I think they should have a Q&A section somewhere. I had questions about the pay by your license plate, and I couldn't get through on the phone. I'm sure they will make improvements as we go along.

EZ PASS so convenient to use.never have to worry about having change for the tolls anymore. The EZ PASS app is very easy and convenient. When I need information or if I like to add money 💰 on my pass. I have no problem.

As others have said, they keep saying my account is "not in good standing" and they are going to "report me to a collection agency"... The first time, I owed them nothing but my credit card was expired. Who threatens to send someone to collections because their credit card expired? Just the PA turnpike commission... And now, they send me the same notifications with my credit card updated, so you can't win here.

I added money to my ez pass balance thinking my tolls would be paid according to the ez pass pricing I can't tell what is paid or not and there is no option for me to pay unpaid tolls (even before I replenished my account) payments/adjustments option under transactions shows 0 transactions found and page just continues to load. The ez pass bills don't come in the mail or show up on my account for weeks I have no idea what is paid, and what is not there is a late and collection fee for what toll?

Gets a 0/5 from me. From issues pertaining to log in (tied to numerous different login channels) to confusing, letters in the mail stating I owe, am I getting a fine, blah blah blah, when I do log in successfully, that's determined to be not the case at all. Seeing a positive balance, yet getting threatening repercussion letters every other month, and then compounded by insane # of login methods is ridiculous. Thought it was supposed to be E-ZPass not DIFFICULTY PASS

App doesn't recognize password. Reset password. Then tried to log in again with new password. App doesn't recognize password. Now account locked. This app is worthless.
