They had an overcharge issue and billing people thousands for tolls. Even if one was unaware of a toll & Fine ! Forgiveness for their incorrect billing, pay the toll you missed and fine was dispensed with. Graciousness indeed !

A horrible company that is only made worse by its unhelpful customer disservice. I added $85 to my account in preparation for a trip the next day. After the trip I checked my balance and saw it still said $85. Ezpass said my device wasn't active, and I'd be responsible for the tolls! I asked them to refund my money, and they said 6–8 weeks. I'm using my balance and throwing ezpass in the garbage. I'd rather pay cash then let these blood suckers keep having it. Wish negative star was available.

DO NOT USE. This app charges you a fee every time you use it and the fee increases with the amount you're loading onto your ezpass. Download the EZPass app, there's no fee to load your account through the official app. I can't believe I've spent so many in fees. This app is a scam. I'm pretty sure I've been charged for video tolls despite loading my account because of this app specifically.

I don't like they automatically add whatever amount they choose when your balance is low. I like to add money as I need it. Too difficult to turn this feature off.

Useless app because it doesn't provide PDF statements like the ones I receive each month via email. So this app has no printer layout function. So I have to wait until the end of the month before I can print my statements to submit to my employer.
