App sucks, every time I try to use it, says my password is wrong, won't let me use my thumbprint, and always says update to the newest version but never actually offers an update.

Surpass devs need to get their act together. As you can see, the last update was in 2023 which is fishy for a DOT service that is used daily by thousands of people. This app and the web page are not working and there's no indication as to why. The app can't be closed by tapping on the cancel button and there's no way to add money to the account on the web page because of an error.
