I don't understand opening an account with you and not having it automatically charged to my credit card, and I'm not going on and seeing what was happening you would have probably charged me an extra fee even though I had a credit card attached? Do I have to check it every day to see if there are more charges?

The app seems to be functioning very well with one exception. If you need a replacement sticker or a new sticker, and you order it online there is difficulty getting it to your home. I have been told that it works better if you call them and request it. But I'm trying for the second time to get it sent to my home from the online request, and yes my address information is correct.

Transponder works one day and not the next. I'll pay cash and also get billed by plate for them

I get billed for unpaid tolls when I have a sticker ipass.

Not allowed to pay on the website till invoiced, even if you write the tolls down. I paid a toll that posted on the website and had 3 more. The system locked me out even with my credit card posted on the website, so I could not pay anything else. I had to call and pay 2 others with customer service manually. The car rental service paid one & charged a high convenience fee. Did not request the service & had an account to pay Illinois, was not late paying. Took over 2 weeks to post charges. Sad.
