Ive have tried to send a message to customer service but every time I submit it there is an error message. I am at work they same time as their customer support, otherwise I would just call.

I have a truck with 5 axles. Driving in the Midwest states. I avoid the Illinois tolls if at all possible. The rates are insane. I went on a toll road by accident and turned off asap. And got charged $45. I just imagine the trucks that are on the toll roads all the time. They can't be making any profit.

Ran into several error messages with no solutions, preventing my use of the app. All I see are terrible options for out of state drivers. There should be a splash page at the beginning explaining the toll system.

Literal Garbage That Doesn't Work Trying to use the app because the website doesn't work either. The second I log in I immediately get a pop-up that I cant get out of that says ipass user detected. I want to pay by plate. Either way I try to click on my only option which is the ipass pop up then immediately get thwarted to another pop up that says pay by plate user detected. won't let me leave the pop-up and just takes me back and forth. Do you not test your app?
