No customer service support. We're trying to set this up for a rv with a tow vehicle, but I can't get anyone to contact us about this. We also want coverage for Kansas, Oklahoma, and Texas, which it says it covers, but Texas is the only state I've named listed in the app. Still no response to emails or this review. Another day has passed, and still no response.
