This app is a fraud. If I could, I'd give them a ZERO!!! I paid $25 on my husband's account, and it never showed up on his account even though our bank processed and paid the scammers! Called EZPass, and they informed me that they don't have an app! Bought a new transponder on the EZPass website for $20 and that's all that showed up on his account. SO BEWARE!! DO NOT PAY ANY MONEY ON THIS APP!! THESE PEOPLE ARE CROOKS, SCAMMERS, FRAUDSTERS!!

Negative can't even log in. Don't waste your time downloading it doesn't work, and it will lock your actual ez pass account.

Why is it that neither this app nor the actual ezpass online website break down your charges in a way where you can see on a map what section of your trip cost what amount? My NJTP charges aren't listed in any sensible way. And they are even out of sequential order. Other than bridges, it is hard to tell where or when you were charged what. Pretty much the goal of the app wasn't achieved. Still, sadly, it is better than the VDOT mobile webpage.
