★★☆☆☆ Same as everyone else is saying, you can't log into the app. You just get an error message

★★☆☆☆ I believe this company is a scam. When you call you are simply walked through the same instructions in the manual that didn't work to begin with. The devices never connect and you should not have to pay shipping to return a device that never worked to begin with whether it has been under 90 days or more. I will be reporting this company.
