I've been a K-9 handler and K-9 supervisor for 9 years, and this is the best record keeping program. Prosecutors love the reports and training materials. Easy to read and understand. If we have any questions, they are quickly answered within the same hour. I have recommended this app with other agencies I train with, and they now use it exclusively.

Still paying after canceled my subscription I have been charged again after canceling my subscription. This is completely unprofessional, and I will be making sure all of our k9 handlers in our company cancel their subscriptions as well.

This is a Volunteer base, why pay for the APP?? There should be no reason why you have to pay $10 a month for this app were 95% of all SAR Teams out there from coast to coast, I would say the majority of them are mainly on volunteer basis, meaning we don't get paid you don't get compensated so why should we pay for an app. Yes it's a nice app what you need, some can't afford that extra expense because we spent it on the gas, food, or extra gear for a certain search, so again i don't think its worth $10 a mth, that's ridiculous maybe a one time fee.
