As a massage therapist well versed with trigger points this app is a lifesaver. With so many muscles and each muscle having several trigger points and many trigger points having overlapping pain patterns trigger points theory is hard applied in real life. Analog makes it easy and the exercises are well-thought-out too. I would only say that the production quality of the videos could be improved somewhat.

I downloaded the app a few days ago, and I've found the information easy to follow. There are two main features that are most helpful to me and 1. The instructions and info are read to you. This makes it easy to understand what's being offered. 2nd, when I touch to add a pinpoint to the muscle, a dot is added at the exact location of the pain and not the entire muscle area. This feature makes me feel like I can get to my specific pain and not general area pain. 🫶🏿

I "painted" a pain spot on the back of my head and their response was about a shoulder muscle that has absolutely nothing to do with what I clicked on. I apologize. I think I need to be clearer... Yes, Mr/Ms Expert, I do understand that those muscles affect various areas throughout your head. I have chronic and complex migraines, but they have never affected the back of my head. My neurologist injects Botox across both shoulders and the front, side, and back of my head every 12 weeks for migraines. On occasion, when I am wearing the beaded ice pack on my forehead and eyes (ONLY), I get a piercing pain that feels like someone is stabbing me in the back of my head (top right) where the elastic band is touching it. (It would be directly behind my right eye if you were stabbing me from the front with the blade sticking out the back of my head.) Since this occurs very rarely, my neurologist thinks it is simply an anomaly... Until last night when it hurt all night long, and I couldn't sleep because of it. While searching for something similar, I ran across this app and downloaded it, thinking it might help. It didn't. This pain is not from a shoulder muscle.

I tried 3 times to highlight the pain areas on the 3D model, but the app thought my lower back was my tricep all 3 times, despite rotating the model and being very precise with my highlighting. Since this 3D model seems to be a central feature of the app, I'm unsubscribing and recommend waiting until this very big problem in the software is fixed before using it
