2018 Ford Explorer The app worked fine up to the point where it says to turn on the hazard lights and press continue. Every time I tried, it would say "communication failed". I couldn't call support because it was a Saturday, so I started reading reviews. One mentioned that it only worked with the phone really close to the dongle, so I tried that and everything worked perfectly. I just left my phone on the floor until it finished. I hope this helps anyone to have problems getting it to work.

Did not work on my car....which is fine. Technical support was the most condescending person I've talked to in a long time. "Ford requires two keys......do you understand two keys?". Then told me to buy a new car. Would not recommend this company's programmer. I'm sure other programmers, if they work on your car, have better technical support when you need it.

I'll update if I can resolve the issue with support, but so far I cannot get through the process. I have 2 fobs: one new, and one existing. The process keeps stalling out after one key is paired. Thankfully since it doesn't finish the process, it hasn't used up the 2 uses I have from where I purchased, but it also hasn't served its purpose yet.
