I have SA-UX100 music system but Panasonic jukebox box does not have option for this system under devices and cannot play. I reinstalled app, but the same problem is there.

Terrible. I can't connect my Motorola 50 pro with the app only can play music Bluetooth but I can't use it as remote control... Before I had Samsung Galaxy and works fine! Dafuq.

This App will not run on my OnePlus 8t. Panasonic tell me to ask OnePlus. OnePlus tell me ask the App developers. But when I write them they send a reply saying there will be no personal replies.

I had installed the Panasonic Max Juke app for my SC UA-7 music system. Strangely, after my mobile got the Android 13 update, the Max app is just not opening anymore. It's working fine on my other mobile which is still on Android 12. Can u please update the app to work on Android 13 and resolve issue? Else the music system becomes worthless for me.
