Hi! Love the app’s depth. Two suggestions to sharpen the experience: Toggle Cycle: Please add "OFF" to the ANC/Ambient toggle. Cycling through all three states directly on the earbuds would save battery and reduce the need to pull out my phone. Most competitors already offer this. Widget: A home screen widget for quick-toggling EQ presets and Spatial Audio would be a huge friction-reducer. Thanks for the great work!

Awesome earbuds and the app updates and support are on point. I have been wanting dark mode for the longest time. I just watched a review of some new earbuds and saw the reviewer had dark mode in the app, so I went to the app and there was an update! BOOM.... Dark mode added... Nice Job Technics!

I'm unable to connect to my device (galaxy s24 ultra)with this app despite Bluetooth connection working with the earphones. It's very frustrating because the earphones are great but the app is letting the whole ux down

I purchased a pair of Technics AZ100 less than a month ago. They worked great for the first couple of weeks. But since the latest firmware update to the app they constantly disconnect and will not stay connected. They basically don't work anymore. $300 down the drain. So now I'm back to using my old Bose QC earbuds. I would recommend anyone that's interested to save your money and donot buy this product until the issues are fixed.

I've had these buds 2 months now and for a third time the app "forgot" my earbuds (AZ100) and wants me to pair them. Buds themselves work fine still paired to my mobile.

After initially connecting to my headphones it no longer recognizes my headphones and refuses to connect to the app. This has persisted despite a factor reset. The app is unusable

Can't find it in app list. Shows up as "audio connect" in my app screen vs "Technics audio connect"...
