Cannot connect. Cannot log in via line or fb. Why do I need to log in to control my device anyway? Especially if log in does not work. Now cannot control my pet feeder at all and set feeding frequency or use camera. I have a "smart" feeder 🤣.

Rude staff. Irresponsible admin!! I bought smart scale. It isn't smart after all. Returned the product to be rechecked twice. Admin team on lazada and Facebook platform blame the ios. Hence, I received a call yesterday saying the developer have improved the software to be able to use with ios, so it wasn't even ios fault. Anyway. All I asked for was for your company to cover the expenses cost for that I had to send it back for you guys to check. My message was read but no acknowledgement!!!!

App error cannot log in!!! Several months already made me considering changing my cat toilet!! No more pando! I contact staff they said to use Tuya smart app instead, it works but WTF! I want to use the original! Why advertising it if it's not working?! ล้อคอินไม่ได้ ขึ้น system error ! น่ารำคาญมาก ถามพนักงาน บอก ไปใช้แอป Tuya แต่คือ แบบ ! เพื่อออ ตัว original ควรใช้ได้ปะ อะไรวะ ทางแก้ปัญหาที่ปลายเหตุสุดๆ งง มาก แบรนด์ดังเรื่องห้องน้ำแมว จริงปะเนี้ย นอย!
