This is my first time using this app, but after reaching the threshold for withdrawal my money has not yet reflected in my account even though this withdrawal request has been made since on the 23rd of August. And I have contacted support team via email and the app, but there has been no response. Wow....the support team are really working, my withdrawal just reflected on my account few hours after my complaint. This survey app is legit I'll recommend it to anyone.

Dropped the app 2 years ago as it regularly collected 5 minutes of data then said you didn't qualify. Well 2 years later, and it is now even worse, completed a 20-minute survey then told I didn't qualify. Complete con, sticking with Opinium and YouGov I'll give them a few days to respond then uninstall again No response so getting rid of.

I've messaged support but no reply ive done 2 survey follow-up survey both for £6 each still waiting payment still waiting for a reply from support I tested the product and did paperwork which I sent back by post not happy
