Cannot sign into my existing account. Try and follow the prompts for when I forgot my password to telling me that email is incorrect. Try to create a new account but the back button and tick button at the very top do not work. App is unusable. What happened to the old app that worked really well?.

Dear BMC, I am experiencing an issue with the PAP Link app, which does not work on my phone. I am using a Samsung SM-A135F mobile phone. The app downloads from the Google Play Store and installs without any issues. However, when I tap the app icon, the screen briefly turns white as though the app is starting, before immediately returning to the home screen. To try to resolve the issue, I have: Deleted and reinstalled the app. Confirmed that my phone is fully up-to-date. Restarted my phone.

This application loged me out, and have not been able to log in, I get the login code in my email but is not accepted after timer has finished
