This application loged me out, and have not been able to log in, I get the login code in my email but is not accepted after timer has finished

Cannot sign into my existing account. Try and follow the prompts for when I forgot my password to telling me that email is incorrect. Try to create a new account but the back button and tick button at the very top do not work. App is unusable. What happened to the old app that worked really well?.
