Took me a minute to get everything figured out after I was hired. Reading all the ins and outs is s must! So far all the staff have been really helpful anytime I needed them. Only have had 1 safety issue with a member and still waiting for support. Turned in a safety report and requested the member be taken of the list before she hurts someone, and she's still on it. I won't go back to that members house for being in fear she hasn't taken her meds. Seems Papa stresses on our safety but,,, ugh

I don't know why there are so many horrible reviews. It makes me wonder if they are written by papas competitors or something. I have had no issues as a pal receiving pay or with my app. The customer service is almost always prompt issues resolved within 10 minutes or less aside from a couple hour wait times In which I had the option for a return call. I ask the members I visit how they like it as well and haven't gotten a bad review yet. They all seem very happy and appreciative of their pals.

Great clients but I know there is more than 1 person in my area instead they try to get me to go 100 miles away from my house that's not cool especially when they tell us they just have a lot of running to do I'm like to ok but wow 😳 I'd rather see patients in my own area

Papa Pal has 3 apps, 1 for the pal, 1 for Srs, 1 for the family members to oversee & I believe 1 for the Healthcare provider. I want to cover all the bases bc it's such an awful company. During my time there, several Srs confided they felt "other pals were shopping for themselves through the Srs possessions or casing their place out." I took care of my own dad the last 11 years of his life, I would not trust this company with him where he stil alive. Zero stars.

You can only get paid if you talk to a member and if the member doesn't answer you don't get paid I think that's wrong because people got bills and on top of that I'm putting all my time and effort into making these calls, and they don't answer the phone and if they do answer they don't want to talk, so I think we should get paid if they answer or not because we still making efforts to reach out to them and spending up our time making these calls

Unfortunately, this app is not available to all Papas Care members. I called their helpline, and they told me I could not use the phone app because I was with a Cigna-Evernorth Medicare Advantage Health plan. If you work for a company that offers Papa Care as a benefit, you are allowed to use this app. If you are on Medicare, they don't let you use this app. This is a huge problem that needs to be fixed.
