Beautiful intimate style resort. Fresh rooms.no smell. Great food !!.only complaint is that the elevator not working to go up and down 3 flights to reception and the cobblestone surfaces to walk are very uneven and resurfacing is suggested. Pools are "cold" heating one would be a suggestion!

The resort in Cancun was absolutely beautiful. The food and service was beyond excellent!!! The lobby bar was so fun with the DJ and the two gentlemen bartenders were so nice.

App doesn't work. Enabled notifications already but can't get past enable notification screen. Seems like a bug experienced by others as well
★☆☆☆☆Kayla C· Dec 14, 2025
Cannot get app to work at all to view room service menu or anything else. Entered code multiple times only to get a permanent "loading" symbol that never lets me into the app. Needs a major update

Completely useless, can't get beyond set up as it won't show the next button on notification enablement. Hotel doesn't have alternative for room service or anything, do better Park Royal. Will never book with them again.

Pre-check in doesn't work, room service through the app doesn't work, rooms are hot at night to the point I was sweating throughout the night, you can't reserve the restaurants like other smaller hotels, you can't even see the buffet hours. Amazing. What is the point of this app. The app from the Dominican Republic was WAY better. You could do everything with the app.
