So many negative reviews! I felt obliged to point out that I absolutely LOVE this app, and have never had any real problems! Although, for total disclosure, I will point out that I only go into town once or twice a month. I do have a recent issue. Lately, every time I open the app, it says I need to turn on location permissions. I click ok, it takes me to permissions, and location is already on. I then go back, and the app works! It's not a big deal, though, and is probably my phone...

Constant difficulty logging in and when it does finally succeed, it won't load the parking zones most of the time. Don't plan on using this to remotely pay for parking, just pay at the meter.

Useless. Not sure why the Honolulu City government lapsed in judgement and chose this useless app. Not able to log in, nor reset password, nor anything. I guess the people making the decision didn't have to park their own car. Looking at the reviews, it is by consensus that this app is better not in existence and be replaced, hopefully by a usable one. I had to move my car twice because both meters were not working. So useless meters and app. Do we have better people in the parking department?
