So many negative reviews! I felt obliged to point out that I absolutely LOVE this app, and have never had any real problems! Although, for total disclosure, I will point out that I only go into town once or twice a month. I do have a recent issue. Lately, every time I open the app, it says I need to turn on location permissions. I click ok, it takes me to permissions, and location is already on. I then go back, and the app works! It's not a big deal, though, and is probably my phone...

You have to enter (and then verify) all of your contact information, create a complicated login, give them unfettered access to your location and device information, and then deal with an atrocious buggy interface, just to pay a dollar to park on the street for 30 minutes. It's not that deep guys, just take my card and license plate # like everyone else. Can't imagine what kind of nepotism or corruption led to a city adopting this app.

Inconsistencies with App and San Diego Balboa Park "parking lot" signs. (1) sign says $10 all day, sthe app shows $10/hr on first screen! (2) move past that incorrect screen, and now it provides a 'long-term' rate, but with maximum 5 hours (instead of all day). Also, I want to provide required info for credit card and license plate as I first use the app. Instead, the app will look like its moving forward only to force stop you to provide vehicle info and credit card info - 2 'bad' interruptions

Horrible app. I couldn't log in, reset my password, then the new reset password said it was wrong. I spent over 15 minutes trying to pay my parking and couldn't.

Can't make an account, can't log in, can't reset password. Absolutely useless app, and infuriating given the meter charges me 3% extra
