This app is an example of how things should not be done! So to open the garage door you need to have : - Smartphone - Internet access - GPS - Personal number - Mobil banked Why can't I use a NFC tag with a code? So if for any reason, one of the above is not working, you're stuck! Apart from that, the app is not even functioning properly! There is a "My Pages" section where you can log in with Banked. After logging in successfully, you'll present by a blank page! And that's it! Then as soon as you click on other pages like "Spots" or "My messages" you'll get "unexpected server error". The very fact that you have to name an app "new [The name of the old app]" is just screaming that the Technical Product Manager does not have a clue what he/she is doing! Seriously, this kind of apps must be reported to Google as malicious software.

Doesn't open the gates, so can't get into the garage. Customer service doesn't open until 9. Which is an issue when you need to park at 7. Really bad experience. Would not recommend anyone to deal with this parking service.

Such a bad developed app. You should tell the users of what needs to be on to be able to open the gate. I haven't been able to open the gate and forced to get out of the car and take extra time to open it manually.
